Expansion packs not appearing in the game launcher

I have had this problem for several months now. I tried reaching to EA help 3 times now and nothing seems to work. 

I have 5 expansion packs (which I bought from the legitimate partner seller): Seasons, Pets, Supernatural, University and Late Night installed, but when I open Game Launcher, only 2 of them appear: Late Night and University. I tried reaching to the ea for help and it has seemed like they found an issue and they tried to solve it, but still, nothing works.

I've had 2 seperate EA accounts which I merged 5 months ago. While doing this, no one warned me that the Sims 3 is a "sunset game" and I can lose it while merging the accounts. I only learned that yesterday while talking with the employee from EA help. The employee exchanged my missing codes (for Seasons, Pets and Supernatural) with the new ones and said all should be working now. But still when I open the game launcher, the same 3 expansion packs are missing ☹️ 

I don't know what to do anymore, I tried clearing cache, reinstalling the game, reinstalling the ea app. 

I tried installing the origin app to solve the problem, but there is a problem during the instalation that I can't fix.

Please, I've been playing the Sims for 24 years and Sims 3 since 2009. I don't want to lose my favourite expansion packs, which I spent money on ☹️

If anybody could help me, I would be very very grateful.

    It sounds like you still need brand new versions of these missing packs re-granted to your account- this isn't something we can do for you over the forums, but live support can take another look with you to get this sorted.

    Please submit a new help request on the site here so the team there can review your account details and check the entitlements for these packs- I'd also recommend attaching this AHQ conversation when you reach out there so the team has further information to reference.

  • sspahk​ Can I ask what the solution to this was for you? The same thing happened to me and EA chat refuses to reactivate any product codes, and nothing has worked for me either. Thye keep claiming it's an issue on my end.  I've tried different devices, a clean boot, clear cache, uninstall the app and the sims 3 game. It all shows I have the packs on the app but not showing on sims 3 launcher.
