Sims 3 - CAS Slow

Question

Hi, I'm Zikara.When I enter Create A Sim it is very slow. When I click on clothes it takes about 4 mins to load all the clothes. I have used a mod to hide all base game stuff like clothes, hair, ect... The lag has slightly improved but not enough. It now takes about 3 mins to load the stuff but sometimes it's more then that. It takes about an hour to create one sim. I don't want to remove my cc because I use that for my sims. Is there any other way to make Create A Sim faster?

Hi Zikara.I don't think that there is, the slowness comes naturally with the CC, and the mods. You can't have both, excellent quality by use of more personalized content and &nbsp;short loading times. There's something of a balance between the quality and length of waiting times you need to find for your game. There's one thing you could try though. Try changing your settings in game, tuning the picture quality down or checking the "soften edges" box off.
