Content purchased from SIMS3 online unable to download into game

I purchased a baby dragon from sims 3 online store and it does not show up in my purchase history, BUT it does show up in my download content from the actual sims 3 launch download tab. I'm unable to access the content as shown in the screen shot. The dragon valley base dlc issue was  resolved, but i am still unable to access any other content like the string lights or the baby dragon.  Mayank R states in the chat when i spoke with them that it remains a technical issue on their side and they are unable to resolve it until it's fixed on their end and advised me to post in the forum. Have had these issues since last year and the dragon valley issue was just resolved. Harish C was useless and unhelpful. Left mid chat while he gave me a laundry list of things to do and didn't explain how to do it or try to answer questions i had on his instructions. The disconnect made me wait an additional 25-30 minutes on top of the 40 minutes i had already waited for Mayank to answer and resolve his failure to assist.

    335423e47bbe49c6​  Try downloading the content into a clean user folder, as described here:

    If it works, you can rebuild your user folder, as described.  Or, if you have too much Store content to reinstall and would like to preserve it instead, let me know.  There's a way to combine old and new installs of Store items, but it's not perfect, so I'd suggest a clean install of the content unless that would be a burden.

    You don't need to install the baby dragons separately.  Since they come with Dragon Valley, installing the world itself is sufficient to get the three dragons, or four (the black one is optional) if you also install the Renaissance Faire lot.
