Ea Launcher says my Add ons are installed but they aren't

So I bought Sims 3 with Late Night and High End Loft Stuff ages ago.

Worked just fine on the Origin Launcher. Now i have to use EA Launcher and I can install the basegame and all the other expansion Packs except those two.

I even tried Entering a new Product key for late night but now it just shows up twice and not downloading.

When i go to Manage add-ons it says Installing next to highend loft stuff and the two late nights.

When i go to The Sims 3 > Add-ons and click on late night it says "You own this add-on" and "Downloading" but it clearly isn't  

I Play on Windows 10 and originaly got the game and the two specific packs on disc

I really dont know what to do at this point so i would really appreciate your help
