@FearSpider If I'm remembering correctly there isn't a Apex Crate at level 24. I remember this because at 23 I got lucky with and got a skin I was hoping for. 

As for the Battle Pass, as you work through it you'll unlock a few Apex Packs, starting at level 2.

I already unlocked level 2 on the battle pass and did not receive the loot box. So does that mean my loot boxes are detained until I reach a level where one is unlocked. Or do I just not get one cause the game said not today?

Hey, I took a closer look and it appears that the Season Apex pack was earned before you bought the battle pass, so you should have gotten it then. 

However I want to be sure. Whenever we've looked into it, folks have been getting their packs, but we of course want to make sure that nothing is going wrong.

Do you know when you hit level 2 of Season XP? The regular leveling packs and the free Season packs look the same on my side, so I want to double check that I have the right info.
