To clarify, were you talking about recent changes or something else you'd like to see?

Lifeline still has her Care Package, which hasn't been changed in quite a while. You can check out the latest patch notes here, though they don't contain Lifeline changes in that regard: APEX LEGENDS™: IGNITE PATCH NOTES - Answer HQ (ea.com)
