@o-Talzy-o 5% more damage equates to taking an extra 1 damage. 15% less damage equates to taking 3 less damage. And that's mainly for snipers and shotguns which deal single fire, high damaging rounds. It's even more negligible with fully-auto guns. A grand total of a difference of 4 HP per shot - given that both players hit all of their shots - has such a neglect-able difference in game that I find it funny you've even mentioned it. Nobody even bats an eyelid at Fortified or Low-Profile on the forums and it's barely noticeable in game - to reiterate. Also, there is no "Tank" legends in Apex Legend's. There is 'Offensive', 'Defensive', 'Support' and 'Recon' legends respectively. Everyone has the same health, same armour and same guns. To compensate the larger hitboxes, Fortified was added to the Bigger Legends. To compensate the smaller hitboxes, Low-Profile was added to the Smaller Legends. Watson is the perfect example of this, despite being in the same 'Defensive' category as Gibraltar and Caustic she does not have the Fortified passive but rather surprisingly she has the Low-Profile passive. It's based on size not class.
I agree the bigger legends need buffs to their kits but honestly I see more benefit in increasing Fortified to 25% reduced damage and Low-Profile to also sport 25% increased damage. A much more significant change and I would like to see how it would play out in testing.
