@xxAIDENxx94I personally want EA to add the energy SMG into the game, but sadly I believe that they will solve the problem by putting R99 to the bin, just like that sniper shotgun.
But R301 still have a low use rate since the nerf in the early season, and the rate doesn't increase a lot even in season 4. I believe that the popup is not enough to make people to choose R301.
@Xx__Miku831__xX Compare the r301 to the season 1 r301 where it was ridiculas to play against and was like a laser beam. In the current meta of the game it holds its own well against the other ars in the game. Its a phase everyone has gone for the havoc which means the r301 is becoming an underated gun i personally prefer the flatline or r301 over the havoc but its my opinion. The way you have to see it is to compare the r301 and flatline imagine the r301 as the m4 and the flatline as the ak the r301 is always going to be more accurate but with less power compared to the flatline which has a slower fire rate but has more damage.
What people don't remember is that the r301, r201, and r101 are all designed for accuracy over power it says in the lore that its balanced to help pilots and soldiers on the frontier with more emphasis on accuracy and being able to engage people at range whilst sustaining a good fire rate 🙂
But they should add the vault since there going through titanfall 2 wepons the vault is the next wepon they should put in unless they choose to add the car smg instead which would solve the r99 problem since the car is the mp7 of the titanfall universe.
