As I mentioned in my post, you get that ping values probably because you have fiber internet. I don't believe you can get those value unless you have fiber internet. I don't share the same thoughts about your average ISP and tariff because fiber infrastructure isn't common in many parts of Turkey. The fact that you don't have ping issues, does not change the fact that many other players have. I'm adding the report presented by broadbandspeedchecker based on the tests between September 1, 2020 and March 1, 2021. I recommend that you must look at those speed statistics of Turkish users.

ADSL users in Turkey can take up to 16 Mbps download speed. And ISP companies often reduce this even more on the pretext of insufficient infrastructure. Of course, the ping factor is not related to internet speed, but the thing I want to explain here is internet results here are so disgraceful that you only think individually and ignore the general. In a country with a population of 83 million, only 3.8 million people use fiber internet. This is a very low number. Let me share screenshots from my own game for you. This is an average ISP (Turk Telekom) and its average package (16down/1up adsl). I'm on wired connection. Wired or wireless, there is no device connected to my modem other than my computer. I will be waiting for your brilliant ideas to decrease my ping to 50s as your average one.
