I searched for anything that it could be and the only thing I could think of was the g-force menu but I looked and didn't find anything on G-force. I just reinstalled sim's and it's gone. I'm assuming one of my streaming platforms might have a hotkey I Don't know about. Thank you for trying to help 🙂.
Okay it happened again, but I realized what it was. I use a ps5 controller as a mic and I realized my sims kept connecting to the controller and if I bumped the controller or had something on it that menu would pop up.
