Honestly I think if u hit level 500 u should get one no matter what u grinded for how long... I’ve seen many people not even a 5th my level have more then half n I’ve seen level 300s with all. I think it’s only fair to give everyone one when they hit that certain point or it’s gonna cause some people to get commonly bored I have fun but with * lobbies and this don’t see point on having so much toxic in something supposed to b fun

I agree , to get to lvl 500 you already need to play a crap load at leats reward players who invest so much time into your game , I got 1 heirloom when I reached lvl 200ish and then I have a friend who his lvl 500 and has been for a year now he has completed all the battle passes ectect and he still doenst even have one 

then recently you hear stories of the devs giving an heirloom for free to a player because he couldnt play for 3 or so months 

This may suck. But I have 2 looms lol got em before level 250. Got them both from packs. Was absolutely wild. I switched over from computer (I only have one on computer) to Xbox and got my first heirloom in like 10 packs. I think new accounts get em quicker maybe.
