[IL] Please allow mermaids to climb ladders.

I don't understand why mermaids can't just change to human form and climb a ladder.  Perhaps someone thought it would be "cute" because mermaids have tails so they wouldn't be able to use ladders.  However, there is a fault in this logic since TS4 mermaids don't always have tails.  They change their form when walking on land. They change their form when hopping into a boat.  They should be able to change their form to climb a ladder.  For ocean-side lots with docks, the mermaid sim has to swim around to shore, change form, then walk to the nearest entrance.  This can be incredibly disruptive.  Thanks for your time and consideration!
