Have never recieved apex heiloom shards from packs. I've played for 5 years.

I've been a long time Apex Legends player. I started playing day one and am yet to get any heirloom shards from apex packs. I have purchased heirlooms, and spent quiet a bit of money on the 100 apex pack sales, but haven't ever opened any heirloom shards. I feel like I've opened more than 500 packs by now, but theirs no transparency to know how many I've accutaully opened. Will someone at EA please look into the acocunts with my email and see if I'm passed the 500 pack threshold? I started playing on XBOX, and moved to PC a couple years ago. Please and Thank You.

I'm afraid we don't have an official pack calculator to see how far along you may be, but there are a couple fansites with pack calculators that should give you an idea of how close you're getting to that heirloom.

Please keep in mind additionally that when Cross Progression kicked in at the end of last year, it used the highest value for opened packs across your different connected platforms.
As an example, if you had 50 packs purchased on Xbox and 100 purchased on PC when Cross Progression became active, the new Cross Progression account would start at 100 packs purchased. From that point any packs you open on connected platforms should count towards that same threshold, rather than having to reach 500 on Xbox and also 500 on PC, etc.
We don't have an exact number available, but hopefully that gives a bit more context so you can see how close you're getting, good luck!
