@sheridanhoughton The jealousy is pretty easy to stop. Select one of your married Sims and then talk to the other. Open the Relationship submenu and Learn More to Ask About Romantic Boundaries. Both Sims will learn the boundaries of the other Sim.

Once they know the boundaries, use Change Relationship and Ask To Reconsider Romantic Boundaries to change their boundaries. Ask To Accept Nonphysical Romance to make them stop getting jealous about their spouse just talking to another Sim. Ask To Accept Physical Romance to let them kiss, embrace, hold hands, etc. with other Sims. Ask To Accept Woohoo for Woohoo, Try For Baby, and Mess Around (Teens). You'll need to do this with both Sims if you want them both to change their boundaries. There is a cooldown period, so it might take several days if you want to change all 3 settings. 

NOTE: They must be Exploring Romantic Boundaries to change them through interactions. 

You can make the changes faster by going to CAS. Just open the Simology panel and click the Enter Create A Sim button under Relationship Preferences.
