Re: Skills Trainer Not Giving MUT Packs

I have completed 10, so far, 10 of the Skills Trainer Sessions and was told after each of those 10 that I had earned an Ultimate Team Pack; however, the system only granted my 2 of them.

Where are my missing packs?

9 skills trainer packs I should have now, only ever received one pack. I quit doing the skills trainer. It used to be how I got a little boost in mut to begin with. But if it's not going to work then what's the point. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having much the same issue on my PS5. Packs are not showing up in MUT after I complete the training sessions, even though it says I unlocked the packs.

I have received 2 out of 3 for completed ones

Completed five lessons and received none of the five mentioned packs.😞

Why isn't this already fixed? Cannot believe it...

It was working for me yesterday, but I completed three more today and no packs.

I jusg spent 3+ hours completing all of skill trainer just to log into MUT and my rewards not show up. Madden always shows me a reason why i should not buy the game early on

Title says everything that is needed on this.

My question to EA--especially after spending 4 days getting the runaround and eventual dismissal from EA Help Support--are we to expect that we will never get our missing packs?

I've completed 11 of the skill sets and only received 2 of the earned 11 packs. I refuse to do the other 2 sets until EA resolves the issue and makes good on the earned rewards that never paid out.

I also have this problem. Have had tickets open with EA for several days. They have done nothing to resolve it. They asked me to open a forum post to see if other have this issue... But this forum post is already here...

In the past we've seen some cases where there was a delay with the rewards from the Skills Trainer. Have you had the chance to check recently to see if they've come through? 

I've logged in almost every day for the past week or so and haven't seen them show up.

I log in every day and the rewards have yet to appear.

I believe that I FINALLY have received the UT packs from Skills Trainer.

I have yet to receive my packs. Completed 8/13. Stopped after realizing I wasn’t getting anything. Water about 3-4 hours.

Any update on this? Its been a month. The server obviously isnt giving us the packs.

Yes.  It has been at least a month.  I got like the first 4 or 5, but despite doing all but one, and being given the message that I will be rewarded the packs I have not gotten any of the rest.

No it was not a delay, there is an issue and it needs to be remedied.

As do the ever increasing list of issues that have occurred.

This is not ok, it is not right.

I personally have had more then my fair share of issues and have received no real help from anyone.

I am almost certain that this issue stems from the big wigs and not the workers themselves.

I feel sorry for anyone working in a job like that, I have been in that position before.

How did you get past user coverage? Every time the 7th out of 10 reps come up for me, the players leave the field and it goes to cinematic mode. 

This is happening to me right now on PS4 as well. It’s been 2 days now since I completed multiple categories of skills drills and I haven’t received any of the rewards packs on MUT for them.
