Have this error message in Madden Mobile on my Samsung Galaxy S7 which keeps popping up every time i open the app or switch apps then switch back to it. Purchase Failed-We're Sorry But The Transaction Was Not Successful. We'll try again later. I hadn't made a purchase before I received this error have checked the play store i have no pending transactions. Have been receiving this error for over a week now it's very annoying. Have tried all the android troubleshooting steps cleared the cache rebooted uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app and still this error persists have been on to EA Help for over a week and i can't get a solution for this

After maintenance today i logged back in to find my issue has been resolved thanks for your help Barry

So this morning I bought the $1.99 or $2.99 pack or whatever it was, bought it just fine, then went to buy more madden cash to get the showstopper bundle and it’s giving me an error. This really sucks, I buy madden cash all the time and I tried to uninstall the game, reboot, login and out, you name it I did it. EA please help, I missed out on the showstopper bundle and judging from other posts I may miss out on a whole lot more by the looks of it some people are still waiting after days/weeks.

Can you let us know if the following specific steps help you with this please.

Make sure your Google Play Store app is up to date. It should be version 8.3.73 or later.

In Settings -> Display -> Screen Resolution, make sure you are running at FHD+ or WQHD+ resolution (not HD+ resolution).

In Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Storage, tap Clear Data. Only clearing the cache is not enough.

Reboot the device before retrying.

Hi Barry thank you for the reply.
1. Play Store version is 8.4.19
2. Screen Resolution is WQHD
3. Cleared Data as requested from Play Store app.
4. Rebooted and retried worked briefly as soon as i switched out of the app into another then back again the error appeared again.

I am getting the same message. I tried to make a purchase and got an error, but then this message kept popping up. I then went on my second device and made the purchase just fine. I have tried deleting the app and updating my iOS.

What worked for me was:
Delete the app and then redownload it
sign in as a new user and create a new account
make an in app purchase in the new account, which worked
Then I deleted the app, redownloaded it again
signed in under the old account
in app purchases worked again!

Just bought a $4.99 Blitz pack and it charged my card twice but have not gotten the items.

I tried all of those steps three times.
i was on the phone with EA twice today
the first time they blamed Apple.
i called Apple They found nothing wrong
I can buy items on the Apple store and every other web site or app.
i called EA again. they called back had me on the line for 47 minutes before they disconnected me.
no one called me back.
This is horrible.
there are good packages to buy now and they won’t take my money.
The Christmas Freeze packages are up.

i can’t update my team.!
even worse , I’ll be out of cash to even play the game!

are they going to refund all of the money I spent this year?
Its been like this for 3 days!!!
id give up except I spent over $5,000 this year alone!
Please get get back to me fast!
