- I cant play anything thats in ultimate team. This sucks I wasted so much money.

Hi @kamkaden2019.
I know that disconnections are definitely frustrating to deal with. We should try running through some steps to see if we can prevent this from happening to you again in the future.
A good place to start would be the general connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. Those steps can help out with a lot of different issues. If you're still having any sort of trouble after that can you let me know which system you're playing on? We can try some more specialized steps from there.

- @EA_Kent Kent i have went through all steps im so frustrated on the thousands of dollars i have spent on packs now i cant play ultimate team. * tried internet connection fix tried visual coach delete playbooks uniforms best team. I cant play ea servers keep kicking me

Hi @kamkaden2019,
Have you tried updating your PS4 to a different DNS server to see if that helps? That can sometimes fix issues like this. To update the DNS server follow the steps below:
1. Open up the Settings on your PS4, then got o Network. From there go to Set Up Internet Connection, and select either wifi or LAN cable depending on what you're using.
2. Select Custom > IP Address Settings (Automatic) > DHCP Host Name (Do Not Use) > DNS Settings (Manual)
3. Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 -- This is the public Google DNS.
4. Select Next > MTU Settings (Automatic) > Proxy Server (Do Not Use) > Test Internet Connection
See if you're able to connect to MUT and play any games afterward. Let me know how it goes when you can.

Thanks for following up. It's only happening when you're trying to play solos? Can you give this a shot for me?
Go into your team visuals and try changing your uniform and your coach. See if you're able to play the challenges after that.

Deleted visual coach and uniforms
Still can’t play solo or any challenges get kicked from ea server and frozen screen five days straight
Changed best overall team - @kamkaden2019 Ken its happening on everything for ultimate team. I cant plsy solo season challenges everything freezes and than kicks me off while i stare at orange background blank loading then kicked

Would you be able to try removing and re-adding your PSN profile to your console to see if that helps at all? That can help with some issues like this as well. For more info on how to remove the PSN ID from your system check out the PlayStation support website. '
Once the User has been removed from your console you can then set it back up and log in with your PSN account info. Let me know if you're still having the same issues afterward.

Gotcha. Do you have access to a PC on the same network that you're using to play Madden? If so, can you try running a UO Trace for me? That's a tool that can give us a detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if anything is happening in between we may be able to spot it.
For more info on how to run the trace check out the How to Run UOTrace section on the Connection Troubleshooting article over at the EA Help site. The results of the test will show your IP address, so you can send them to me in a private message. Thanks!
