Re: Why does madden 21 not launch on Xbox one ?

My game won’t get past the load screen. I try to open the game and is shows Lamar then it goes to a no input screen. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset the power to the Xbox, tried with madden 20 and 19 which also didn’t work, deleted all my save files, now I have created a new Xbox account and new ea account, none of which have worked

Let's get this fixed for you.

Do you own the game digitally or are you trying to play it through an EA Play/Xbox Game Pass membership? Curious to know how you're installing it and whether you have anything plugged into the USB slots on the console.

Have you tried loading up the game from both a WiFi or wired connection and rebooted the router to see if it could be network related?

I have the disc version of the game. I have nothing plugged into the USB ports and my connection is all good.

Let's see if it's connectivity related. Can you try disabling the internet from the Xbox and then insert the disc. Let me know if you can get in that way.

Good to know. Can you let me know if rebooting the network can help you reconnect? If you're not able to connect from multiple EA accounts this narrows it down to a hardware or network issue. Please check all the steps in here and confirm with me once they're all done whether they helped fix it for you or not.

FINALLY! Just resolved my issue (Xbox One)

Settings > General > Power Mode and Start up > Full Shutdown. After about 20 minutes i went back in to reboot the game and pressed start at the “Press Any Button” Screen . Loaded as advertised! Hope this helps
