If you're leveling your MUT level up and not receiving rewards after power cycling your console and 24 hours has passed please let us know the following details below so we can forward your details to the team for investigation.

• Platform you play on
• MUT Level you didn't get a reward for
• What reward(s) are you missing
• When did you level up? (Accurate would be great but if you don't know try to guess the closest date/time you leveled up)

My Xbox gamertag is AllstarJay15. I play on the Xbox Series S. I am currently MUT Level 22 and haven't received any rewards from MUT Level 12 and up. I am also not getting any progress on my Kam Chancellor and daily and weekly objectives. The time I leveled up and stopped receiving my rewards was around August 22, 2021. I hope you guys can help with this problem and prevent this from happening to anybody in the future. Thanks for your help.

MUT Levels with no rewards: 12 and 13 (says I have only completed 11/49 on ultimate season rewards when it should be 13/49)

Missing Rewards: 3x 80-84 Elite Superstar Player NAT from completing Saquon Barkley, Vita Vea, and Tyron Smith superstars challenges, 5x 74-84 Superstar player from completing Terry McLaurin, David Andrews, Elgton Jenkins, Eddie Jackson and Darius Leonard Superstar: Blast Off challenges, Daily and weekly objectives coin and XP rewards, Level 12 and13 rewards, Superstar objectives that have not updated, Ultimate champion goals that have not got any progression towards either in getting 750 stars (stuck at 81%), Win 15 solo battles (stuck at 60%) when I have won 13-15, Earn stats and complete dailies tab everything there has been frozen for the last three days at least when I started noticing the percentages not moving after hours of gameplay in several different solo challenges but passing and rushing yards, touchdowns, and points has not moved, neither has the sacks or intercept passes, cant even complete daily objectives as they do not progress no matter how many packs I open, first downs I get, or games I win. 

When I leveled up: 8/26 and 8/27 of 2021

My messages do not load when I try to go to them as well as the progression tab showing me an error that it cant retrieve objective progression from EA servers. My PlayStation and internet has been restarted multiple times with no resolution. I even deleted and reinstalled and nothing has changed still stuck with out gain progression towards anything. I have invested much money into Madden 22, not only this year for but for multiple, and it is frustrating to play when nothing really counts and nothing is rewarded for grinding hard. I do not know if I should play or not since I am not receiving or progressing with any rewards or stats. Pretty much everything that can reward me for gameplay is frozen to where I cannot receive what I have earned 

Update today 8/30: Logged on hoping to get my MVP solo battle rewards and coins. Nope. Had over 200,000+ battle score and did not get my packs or coin rewards.. Completed Vita Vea, David Andrews, Elgton Jenkins, Eddie Jackson and Darius Leonard challenges and did not receive the 1x 80-84 superstar NAT (Vea) nor 4x 74-84 superstar players (Andrews, Jenkins, Jackson, Leonard) rewards.

Update: Just received everyothing that I was missing all at once. Thank you for figuring this out EA

-I am level 42 and I haven’t received my rewards since level 39 and I haven’t received any progress towards ultimate master stats.

-I leveled up today around 12:42 and I believe on Friday as well.

My PSN is MileHighNik and I'm playing on PS4. 

I just completed level 10 and I have not received my reward for level 9 or level 10.  Not sure when I hit level 9 but I passed level 10 late night on August 29th. 

I also have not be accruing my daily goals, weekly goals, or anything associated with Ultimate Champion. 

Also, when I pull up my madden profile and slide over to the objectives tab on that I receive the following message:  "Unable to retrieve your objectives progression information from EA Servers at this time.  Please try again later." 

So essentially everything except my coin balance has stopped progressing, and my coin balance is still missing all of the 'achievements'. 

Also I have completed all of the Legends challenges but I only received the first NAT player, and I have completed the Flashbacks challenges but I have not received any PUP pack from that.

i did not get rewards for levels 16-20 I believe 

I am missing 1 uncommon strategy, 1 pro fantasy pack, 10k coins, 1 81 power up pass, and an elite pack

I leveled up I believe last Thursday or Friday 

also I have not gotten any progress from my daily/weekly objective and I also think I might not have gotten progress towards kam chancellor either the stats seem to be stuck on same percentage it was but I’m not sure

haven’t received rewards for stuff with Kam Chancellor, superstar challenges, and daily rewards.

Hey, MUT Community.

This was sent over to the team and we were able to verify all account examples sent their way received all of the rewards. It's possible the notification for XP and coins might not be showing up, I know that was an issue last year where the post-game notification didn't display however the team verified rewards were still being hit on the account on the back-end. It was a visual only issue. Even all packs were claimed. When you're grinding you can earn a variety of packs in a short period of time and we see this for all of our Ultimate Team games where players will open one of their reward packs when they're mixed in with others all in a short period so it gets lost in the mix of pack ripping. 

This is good news but I can see how it can be confusing. What I recommend doing if you can is to keep a close eye on your coin and XP to see if you notice an increase after your games to see if you witness it climb up significantly because of a MUT Level increase.

Solo battle rewards I didn't not receive yet.

Legends Novice not working so I can get the Nat Novice legend

Update I just got all the packs I was missing

Not getting mut rewards / coins for leveling up / challenges last 3 levels have been like this 10-13

The Solo Battles rewards should have gone out last Thursday. Did you ever get them?
