Bumping this up because this should seriously be a bigger issue

    In live mode go game options, turn aging on temporarily, use the cake, turn aging off.

    Pregnant sims can't age up.

    That sucks...

    Now she can't have a birthday party and she's going to be sad.

    I want her to be happy
