As for your comtuter. you should update your graphics driver.
But this issue has been reported a few times and almost always has to do with cc. Your sims look a little bit different though but maybe you have default replacement for some things. If you have outdated cc and the game creates new sims this can happen from what I understand. Someone had this with "no EA lashes".
Try removing the file localthumbcache.package from C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, when also having all your mods and cc (take the whole folder) moved from the Sims 4-folder to somewhere else, like your desktop.
If deleting that file you can do a factory reset of your game, but be very careful when putting back the cc, I'd go though my folder and try to remove anything that could be broken before starting the game again.

For broken mods:
- Always make sure to update your mods when you update your game. Check this list out for some mods that were broken in the C&D-patch! A few others have been broken after but not so many that there is a new list.

Good Luck!

I had just updated my game/installed it, I have no cc. This is happening to me too. After that, I tried restarting the game, moving files, etc, and still haven't fixed this problem.

did you also repair your game through Origin ?
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

I had the same problem and I've managed to fix it.
I've deleted the thumbnailscache someone suggested here but I also started running the game with no mods and, little by little, I've been adding folders till I got the cc responsible of it. In my case, there were three packages files.
Good luck and I hope you can fix it too!!
Hi! I am having the exact same issue. I’ve already tried starting a fresh save with no cc, repaired my game, cleared out my mods folder, deleted the localthumb file, cleared the origin cache. I also moved my saves and tray files out, in case there was a corrupted save, but nothing works. It used to be only a couple of random townies, but then my family had a new daughter and, as she became a toddler, she had the exact same issue.
I just went into each affected family and gave them new faces. Nothing else worked, but giving them a new face seems to have fixed the problem for me. It was only a handful of my sims and they all were wearing glasses of some form.

- @fiercemode Delete Cien- no ea eyelashes from Ur mods folder then repair your game
I am having the same problem too but don't have any "no ea lashes" in my mod folder
do you remember which three package files they were? I've been having this problem for a month. When i age up my sims or add a new sim, no faces at all. I deleted a lot of cc and mods and even went through with S4S and nothing is working.

what ended up being the three files? not posting the help part of your resolution in a help forum was an interesting choice
