@Stephanie4lee It sounds like the mod may be incompatible with your patch level. In that case, you'll need to either find an updated version or wait for the creator to make one before you can use it.
If you want to check whether this mod does in fact work in your game, you can test it in a clean folder. Drag your entire TS4 game folder out of Documents and launch the game, and a clean folder will spawn with no content. Place only this one mod in the clean folder, check off the boxes for script mods and custom content again, and load a new save. If the mod works, then there's a problem in your old game folder, but you can move your saves and other content out of it and into your new one.
If the mod doesn't work even in a clean folder, then it's probably broken or hasn't been updated. The place to ask for help or updates is then the site that hosts the mod creator's work.
