@mclofie Awesome! That was updated after this problem began. Can you grab the update and see if it works for you? If you'd rather not, there's also a newly updated no-eyelashes mod in the Broken/Updated Mods thread.
Even after removing Kijiko eyelash remover and all my skin details and batch fixing cc for aliens so that they can’t use any cc (and spellcasters who are also headless in my game) my aliens are still headless- I’ve also tried repairing the game and whatnot
@fangirl4712 Test with an empty Mods folder: Exit Sims 4 then drag your Mods folder to your desktop. Then delete the file called localthumbcache from Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4. If you think you might accidentally forget to exit without saving after testing, copy your Saves folder to your desktop too, to back it up. Now open Sims 4 and see if you still have the problem. If you don't, you can start the process of figuring out what from your Mods folder was causing it.
If anyone is still having this issue, I had it as well and fixed it by having to do two things, not just one.
For me it was two files...Snip
But the aliens that had already spawned were still missing their heads, so I used MCC to delete all pre-existing aliens, once I did that, all new spawned aliens had heads.
An update would also fix the issue but I not only couldn't find the mod I removed, I couldn't find an update to the mod. The modder seems to have moved on to werewolves.CM Edit: Removed Adult Mod Mention
Thanks, @Devianza350 ! I'd add those to the "broken" list, but unfortunately, that's not a creator we can list here. Has it been taken down completely, that CC? If you can dig it out of your recycle bin, there's a batch fix in Sims 4 Studo.
Noir moved to Paetron I believe, I did a little digging and it appears he or she just does sex organ mods now for occult sims, the mod that was causing the issue involved the head and tongue, so no clue what it did do, but I'm not noticing anything missing in the game, so I'm not upset that I already tossed the files. The issue however is that even when the mod is removed, it requires puriging all pre-existing aliens. The game re-spawns aliens rather fast, just thankful that MCC has that option, I also use it to purge ghosts and the homeless.
@Devianza350 Yep, it wouldn't be the first mod we've seen where removing it leaves the broken Sims broken. You should be able to edit the Sims in CAS to fix them as well, if it's similar to other, more recent broken default replacements. (But yes, regardless of where that creator posts, I can't list them.)

Does anyone know what noir mod it was?
@Aryia We don't support 18+ mods here. You'll need to do a 50-50 to narrow it down.
