All Infants have default birth marks

My game is updated to the latest patch and I have the same bug. Every single infant get a birthmark even though parents, grandparents, and so on don't have any birthmark at all. I don't think it has anything to do with custom content or mods because I have tried a new fresh vanilla file and it happens still. So far I haven't been able to find a fix or a workaround other than going into c.a.s with the infant family and removing it myself. I have also repaired numerous time the game but this bug still reappears every time.

I started noticing this after updating to the horses patch, and it's always the same birthmark that's applied, the very first one in the birthmark tab that puts it near the sims left eye.

This has been an issue for me since the patch that added birthmarks as an option. No idea why! It happens without any cc, too. Glad to hear I'm not the only one.

This also happening to me, and I'm getting so tired of sending them to CAS to remove the birth mark. I'm tired of it!  Can someone puleeez make a mod to get rid of these horrible birth marks? Why, Why would EA do this horrible thing to the beautiful babies? Please, please someone make a mod.
