Error Code 142:e79e3d79:e6970c95h

Hi, every time I try to launch TS4 the game will run from the main menu but I keep getting this Error code 142:e79e3d79:e6970c95  if I click ok then it will play for a couple of seconds then it will close. I play on an HP laptop running windows 11 and I launch it from the EA app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the game and the EA app but nothing works. 

Edit: the game works if i create a new game but i really want to get this one fixe because its really developed.
