@crinrict Yes, it worked. I placed the Center of Center Massage and it worked fine. Maybe it's just this one?

Could you try placing the maxis spa on another lot to see if it's a combination of the lot you used and the specific spa ?

It sounds like something is blocking the entrance . Could be something about the terrain.

@MeliKirk Glad to hear. Sounds like a combination of the lot with spa causing issues. If you want it on that lot, you can try bulldozing both the terrain and the lot first to see if that makes a diffrence.
