Re: Fix The gray Hair issue and NS

@CircuitD , are you playing on a console or on a PC or Mac?  If you are playing on a PC or Mac, do you use any Mods or Custom Content (CC)? 🤔 Some of these problems might be due to outdated Mods/CC or not deleting the  localthumbcache.package file (which can retain bits of corrupted data, even if outdated Mods/CC are fixed), or both! .🤨

I checked the Bug Reports list and did not find any bug reports on the teens/young adults getting gray hair. But I did find these open bug reports that look like they pertain to some of your other problems:
[NEEDS SAVES] Neighborhood Stories creating too many babies/adoptions - Answer HQ
[OPEN] Neighbourhood stories not taking family into account - Answer HQ (ea.com)
[NEEDS SAVES] Sim becomes Pregnant without me doing anything - Answer HQ (ea.com)

If any of these sounds like a problem you have, please click on the Me Too button at the bottom of the first post , and feel free to add your experiences and information about the topic in a reply on that particular thread.  Some cases are requesting your Saves so they can better see what is going on in your game (as some of these problems only appear under specific circumstances that might be hard to replicate.)  It would be a great help if you could give them your Saves for those problems that require more Saves in order to investigate the problem! 😇

There are others you might be interested in, so you can look here:
Base Game - Answer HQ (ea.com)

Good luck, and Happy Simming! 🥳

I am playing on PC. Yes I know mods can create problems. Yes, I checked my mods. Yes, I update my mods. These issues are not created by mods. That is always the first thing I check. As I said the problem is neighborhood stories that have been poorly tuned. EA has a tendency of doing things half assed and saying it’s good enough then fumbling at patches to fix things they simply did not play test. I’m just saying they should look into it. I have my game moded to the wazoo because very few things get fixed or corrected. Especially tuning. Without mods the game is not playable. Neighborhood stories have missing features. I already me too to a lot of things. Neighborhood stories are just exceptionally bad. I turned it off, switched to mccc story progression and a lot of the issues vanished. No they were not working simultaneously. It’s a bit annoying that the game devs add features I promptly need to shut off so my game doesn’t go crazy because quality control isn’t great. I am already looking for a mod that will make sim follow commands. I like my sims having autonomy, but that shouldn’t overwrite players commands and yet I spend half the time in the game fighting with my sim and telling them to do things they cancel out of even if it’s the most needed and logical thing to do. The gray hair issue is an easy fix. Just limit gray hair to elders. I personally rather that then have aging teens. Not ideal but far better. This issue was mentioned in 2014 and 2020. So clearly something happens during patches that makes this issue come back.
