Re: skin details and glasses can’t be applied

So I recently figured out a way to solve this problem, only for vampire sim:

1. (Optional, but will make your game run smoother and prevent crashes a lot tbh) So I think what we need to do first is to clean our Sims 4 folder (located in Documents/Electronic Arts). First of all, go to graphics settings and capture a screenshot, you'll have to readjust graphics settings right after cleaning The Sims 4 folder. Now, you can move the whole folder to any other folder outside your documents folder (maybe just create a new folder that you can find easily). Launch the game, go to Settings->Graphics, adjust it (using the screenshot you captured previously), turn on "enable custom contents and mods" and exit the game. Move the "Mods", "Tray" and "saves" folders (in the moved The Sims 4 folder) back into your newly created The Sims 4 folder (located in Documents/Electronic Arts).

2. when entering CAS, UNLINK the vampire form to the human form (you'll have to UNLINK them when it comes to using skin details, you can link them while making their outfits, body and appearances). Set your sim to EVERYDAY outfit, in human form, set the skin details. if you are able to apply them successfully, you better save your progress into your library right away. If it doesn't save the skin details when you're trying to save it into your library, please exit CAS (click the "check" button).

3. Re-enter CAS, UNLINK and try to use skin details again (everyday outfit and human form). If you still can't do it, you may have to use 50/50 (if u have CCs and mods, if you don't have any CC, please ask for professional help). By this step, I was able to apply skin details into my sim's human form without a problem. Save your sim into library as you have finished with the human form. Switch to vampire form and do the same thing.

4. If you can't apply skin details with vampire form, exit CAS. Now you're in gameplay mode, be sure to have sim turn to their human form and use MCCC: Sims CAS->Copy/Paste...->Copy Skin details. Switch to vampire form, use MCCC: Sims CAS->Copy/Paste...->Paste Skin details. The game would freeze for few seconds and an orange notification may pop up after the freeze but now you can see the skin details have been applied to vampire form.

5. Now, enter CAS, choose vamp form, everyday outfit and UNLINK the forms. You're now able to freely set the skin details. Remember to save your sim to library after finishing.
