Re: Household deleted

Hi @Aspeda If the household wasn't marked as "Played," the game might have deleted it for performance reasons. You might be able to get the household back by going back to an earlier version of the save:

To go back to an earlier version of (“roll back”) your save, start at the Main Menu. Select Load Game, then pick from the list for the save you want an earlier version of, but don’t select Play. Instead, click on the disk symbol with a back arrow. This will show you a list of earlier versions of that save. Only the most recent times you saved will be here. Pick one and select Recover.

    Thanks for the help, but they are all of the same day and I don’t know for how long they have been deleted… I try to take the older one but they were already gone… I don’t know why the game did that, it never happened before. And I have a great computer !! 

    I’m so mad, there’s so much bug and sh*t in this game ^^’

    But again, thank you for trying to help me !

    @Aspeda Just as an FYI, for preserving households that aren't currently active, make sure they're marked Played in Household Management, check the Neighborhood Stories settings to make sure they're not set for random deaths, and if you use MC Command Center, check population settings to make sure they can't "move" out of the game.

    I have done a lot, like the illimited number for the sims x)

    but I just checked the option in MCCC ! Wasn’t activated ! Thanks 😚😚

    Well, even with the right options the game still delete households,.. and relationships… I had to put ALL the households in My Household for now but I don’t think it’s a long term solution ^^’

    I never had this in my game since 2014, I don’t know why it’s doing it all of a sudden… gets on my nerves

    @Aspeda It's intentional that the game will delete some households, especially if you have a lot of them. This is done for performance reasons. If you find that you're starting to get a lot of lag, it's a good idea to move some household back to the other category and let the game manage performance.
