If you click Manage and then Manage Add-ons in the EA App do you see a download button or does it say that you do not own it?

No I had to uninstall every single sims thing and re download everything it shows every pack is downloaded but my infants haven’t changed. My grandma uses my same acc through origin and she’s playing w the infant update rn. I tried repairing I tried redownloading- I use windows 11 so it forced me to switch to EA and i hate it - everything says owned , even in game ( I also have no mods or cc downloaded) I miss origin because it at least had an update game option.
