When interacting with object, sim wont move. Unknown last exception error.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.42.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Most of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When i try to interact with the seance table or for example hire a butler my sims does a t-pose and wont do anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? when i interact with some objects, sims does a t-pose and wont do anything.
What do you expect to see? I have deleted every mod, repaired the game, uninstalled it and installed it. Nothing works. Looked the last exception up and says unknown error. I don't know what to do at this point.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
