Why wont my sims interact with anything?

I have been having this issue for a few days since I cleared out my mods folder due to my game not running smoothly with the amount of mods I had downloaded. I have added nothing new, and am genuinely stumped as to why this is happening. 

When in a game, my sims will not interact with anything. On the off chance, they make interact with one another after I reset them, but that's all. Also, when I attempt to load up a new game. Instead of starting with 20,000 simoleons, i start with 963. It's very frustrating as it makes 1, gameplay impossible and 2, makes it so I can't start new worlds as I am unable to move sims into plots with such a small amount of money. 

I put these last exceptions into my browser, and this is what came up. 

• Last Module Called: script_object.py
• Last Function Called: super_affordances
• Error message: Exception while generating potential interactions for object_rug:0x082d1258be5a0092: (AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'is_affordance_available'), CategoryID: script_object:1673

There are multiple of these for every interaction I tried to make my sims have. 

Additionally, I put these files into lastException.com, and got multiple unknown errors, as well as a red one. 

Outdated Tunable Resource Error

Outdated Tunable Resource (Interaction) requires removing.

Tunable Game Resource (Interaction) contains incorrect/outdated information.

You need to locate the PACKAGE file, in your The Sims 4 Mods folder, that contains this resource and remove it. Try starting with the oldest modifications you have.
If this is a new issue, try removing the most recent mod you have installed.

I've seen people post about errors similar to this before, however, with this error they have a file name that is causing the issue, I've been given nothing to work from but this and I'm genuinely stumped on how to continue from here. 

Posture Runtime Error

Possibly base game issue with Sim posture.

Sim failed to find an appropriate carry posture to pick up an object. For the most part, you're safe to ignore this error.

Scheduling Hard Stop Error

Base game issue with interrupting Sim active task.

These are a few green errors that came up in the same file. There are five last exception files in total. 

I first thought it may be the CC doing this. But I have not downloaded anything new, only seriously cut back on the amount of cc in my game as I had like 60gb or something before. I have no mods in my game apart from MC command center, as I removed all my other gameplay mods due to the game not being able to handle it ( my pc needs a serious upgrade ) 

If anyone is able to help I would be so grateful, I'm usually able to find solutions to issues like these by myself but this time I have no idea.
