Re: Can't find a mod I want to delete

@claresinead Is this a CC collection? If so, you could save a lot with the build/buy items or a Sim with the CAS to your Library, then use Sims 4 Tray Importer to show you which mods it has in it. For CAS, there's also an option in MC Command Center to select a Sim to see what CC they're using; I don't know if it points to the specific files like S4TI does.

If it's a mod, knowing what the mod does would help me suggest what it might be.

    Thank you so much!! I had never used tray importer before so I downloaded it, uploaded the lot and there was the CC package!

    Thanks so much, I'm very grateful. This was causing me so much stress lol.

    @claresinead

    Another thing you can do is look at all your CC with Sims4Studio.  It gives you a window that shows the item when you click on the file name.  If you have a lot of CC, it can take a long time to go through everything you have but I think that it's worth it in the end.  It can also help you identify broken CC and sort things.  One thing to keep in mind is that some items like default replacements and objects embedded in mods will not show up in the window sometimes so before you remove something, you need to test those files to make sure you want to pull them out.

    But if you know what an item looks like, you should be able to find it fairly easily.  It just might take a bit of time if you have a lot.

    Hope this helps.
