Sims action for woohoo/try for baby not accepting

Hey, 

Ive read posts about this issue. But none really say what fixed the issue! I have two sims that when selected to woohoo/try for baby ask each other heart ++ appears above them then they do nothing the action leaves. 

I have two other sims living in the same house and they fulfill the woohoo/try for baby command. 

I don’t know what’s going on!! I’ve repaired the game, tried to have them do it on another lot nothing sims to work!! They are engaged and full relationship bars. Help! 

I do play with mods I have the family/pregnancy mods by lumpinou and another pregnancy mod by the same creator.
