It does not everything is fine just crazy numbers in terms of what I had with a less dated modem … now I have plugged into the 10 gbite port compared to the yellow one witch is up to 1 giga bite .. just didn’t think that would be an issue … and yes I am using a cat 6 it just seems like there is something going on with my ping to your servers witch I never had before until I upgraded my modem

If I'm understanding you right, there are no performance issues. It's just the graph that is showing a problem?
No there most certainly is it seems like when I start playing my ping Graph is showing heavy spikes for about 2 game spike from 5 to 30 more ping every second or two then later it also gets a little better the more I’m on the more it is a little better but still not flatline and in terms of In game performance it feels like a delay constantly until a whistle and the. Repeat even on the little spikes and super frustrating I don’t know if it’s a protocol or my ping is taking a longer static path but it’s super annoying and I can’t get any answers from bell they just send a technician and they are baffled .. I strictly pay for premium internet for competitive nhl and it’s like don’t wanna play now cause of this .. when your a better player than it shows and your facing these delays bugs and spikes it’s just extreamly discouraging to wanna turn my Xbox on
As far as my modem speed and from my ISP everything seems fine my Xbox speed test seems fine but there’s something going on with me and the servers and I can’t comprehend what it is I don’t know if it’s packets or not even tho it says 0% packet loss but before I switched from home hub 3000 to gigahub I never had this problem I don’t know if there is something I need to do or did years ago in my modem but I am getting spikes delay and just not the peformanfe I’m so used to having for years something is def going on

Have you tried all the connection troubleshooting steps here?
Also, alternate DNS settings may help. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
It helps a little bit but still experiencing the same out come but something I have noticed after 5 -6 games
first 5 games my game does the little spikes constantly every 2 seconds then in the last games 5 and 6 I’m getting the flat line that I’ve wanted .. seems like the 208 dns is better but still not as perfect as I want I’ll keep trying this for a few more days and see the outcome

Since this just started happening with the upgraded modem, that's probably the issue. Personally, I had trouble with the modem/router combo units that my ISP provided so I purchased my own separate modem and router. This resolved all my connection issues. I'm not saying you should do this, but just making the point that equipment can make a huge difference. Especially when it's provided by your ISP.
Anyway, can you check your modem to see if it's got the latest firmware update? Also, have you performed any speed/ping tests when this issue is occurring? If not, and you have a PC/Mac available, try running that test to see if the numbers look off.
I have I just played a few game and it seemed to have been back to normal hopefully that stays but I’ll take your modem and router combo into consideration down the road thankyou for your time

You're very welcome. Please reach out again if you have any other issues. Thanks!
- @EA_Aljo Still having the same problem but at random times sometimes it’s good and sometimes I’m getting 90 ping when I should be getting 27 on that particular server

Did you check your router for a firmware update as I previously mentioned?
Not sure how to do that on my modem settings I’m assuming the bell giga hub does it automatically but l look into it

It's possible that's automatic. You should be able to check with your ISP to make sure. It would also be good to have them sun some tests while you're at it.
Yupp it does also ran a speed test got perfect speed with my modem as well

Speed isn't the issue though. I'm more concerned with your packet loss. I see you already spoke with your ISP, but have you talked to them about it when this is happening? We're not aware of any issues that would cause this so I'm inclined to believe it's either equipment or ISP related.
I just noticed that my upnp is automatically making a rule I never made this rule in port forwarding and from my understanding it’s suppose to be both protocols on for nhl maybe this is the reason ?

Does it make a difference if you disable that?
A little bit not much and then it comes back on

At this point, I don't have anything else to suggest other than working with your ISP to see if there are issues on their end. I'll watch for more reports of this as well. That would point to an issue with our servers if we suddenly get an influx of people with the same problem.
Hi. Were you able to resolve this? I am having the same issue. Same equipment, same provider. This is very frustrating.
