1 month after release, some problems still exist from day 1.

Hi, its a great game, but some problems still exist.

1. Random crashes, I've super internet+cpu and never crash in other games, but once here and there I DC in Apex, the game freeze and I'm back at desktop in 2 seconds.
2. No possibility to reconnect to the game, please add this feature. 
3. Lobby, some players doesn't seem to connect as fast as others to the legend-select, please add a "Refresh Lobby" option so some player's doesn't have to leave & re-join party after every game.
4. Being able to report players ingame, I think you lose alot of reports due to verbal abuse & cheating because people doesn't wanna go to forums and try to find where to report.

    I had huge crashing issues for the first few weeks of the game. I tried every single suggested fix there was with no luck in ending it. After crashing during a 2v1 end game scenario that we should have won, I immediately left my friends and reformatted my PC. Turned out to be the best decision I ever did in terms of Apex Legends. I haven't crashed once since reformatting. I know it's a pretty drastic measure to do that. I'm not even sure if it will fix your issues, but if you have the time and know how, maybe giving a re-format a shot could fix your issues too. I don't think I could have kept playing this game if the crashes didn't end. I was crashing 2 out of 3 games.
