@drevinum9Sounds more like a rant rather than feedback. Maybe give your thoughts on how to fix that? There is always a logical reasoning for every Respawn's action.
"I had 1 good game that was in my skill bracket the rest was absolutely filled to the brim with obvious cheaters and/or Masters+"
As mentioned in Respawn's blog, this is because:
1. Those are highly skilled players who have "bad days" i.e. lose streaks and are therefore matched against people of lower skill ratings like you
2. Current matchmaking uses the Highest skill rating of any player in the team. This is to prevent smurfs from hopping in low-rank lobbies and have fun.
The matchmaking is better than Season 17, if you don't feel like it, that's because you are pretty good at the game so your enemies are the ones feeling the matchmaking sucks.
But I agree that the current matchmaking is bad and needs changes. If you all only rant and not telling what you think should be implemented, then that's not Respawn's fault.
I have made a couple of feedbacks regarding matchmaking and engagement: here and here. Feel free to add yours
All I have seen and accordingly to others on the forum they used Reddit.... when they have an official forum and a way of communicating information in game.... nonono they use reddit and get "death threats" and then suddenly the whole community not even those owning reddit shall suffer in the shadow of uncertainty and no one shall have any information.

It is all a bad joke....... they keep rolling the new skins and events with customized in game content and making huge profits as we all should be aware by now, EA is public and cares only about their stock price value and they made HUGE profits and they invest as it seems and when something seems and is not proven otherwise it often is true, they invest nothing back to the games.......
