The anticheat system is working FLAWELESS. this dude DESTROYED the entire lobby. and guess what. next game he was champion.
@EREGDSnope. Il keep complaining here twitter and on reddit till the day my son beats me in these games and i retire. Everybody knows its useless to complain about cheaters or even share information about them. So tnx for you're useless comment. But i'm still gonna do it. Cause whenever i die due to a obvious cheater i need to tell atleast somebody.
And yes. I totally forgot to remove the name of the cheater below in the picture so i removed it. His nickname is ofcourse sacred and should be respected and honored in every way

Yeah I used to be the same way but seeing how bad the situation with all this is in Apex I just stopped:
- caring about being hit for 150-200 beams be it no recoil...I mean a player who has spent numerous hours memorizing all recoil patterns up to a single bullet or using controller where aim assist is just marginal (you hit 7s and 9s they hit 3 shot 150s or full mag from r99)
- perfectly timed 3rd parties or enemies pre-firing me without even seeing e.g. coming around the corner or dropping from the roof
- genius players level <100 who just frag sh#$ out of you
- smurfs
- aimbotters
- softbotters
- teaming up
etc.
I don't even report people anymore even in game.
It is just crazy how much time this all takes in a community with potential 100 mil players...
I used to play other FPS games with much much smaller communities and I maybe reviewed <5 games per week, reported maybe 1 player per week whom I suspected.
Here...discord channels are just buzzing daily with reports about hackers and even that aside I have already couple hundred people banned in my discord from LFG groups for being either braindead or just really bad people...
As I say more people, more chances of running into issues and Apex proves this probability 100mil fold. It's like going through city main sewage looking for a golden nugget.
p.s. You have 1 post about hacker issues in the forums vs 10 about skins or badges not working or a discussion about upcoming season perks being the hottest topic around ... no one cares about hacking man...
What annoys me the most here is that the most comments are about EA's stupid rule about "naming and shaming".
About a year ago I posted a video of a blatant cheater that somehow evaded Apex amazing anti-cheat (yeah I know, it's almost non-existent).
Even a * could clearly see that the player was cheating, but it didn't matter to EA...
I got a warning for naming and shaming. Evidently the integrity of the blatant cheater was more important.
My only guess is that as long as EA is making money of these cheaters, we'll never see any change.

The last time people ranted about it the following Discord server was mentioned: https://discord.gg/kxNaffFt <- kind of THE OFFICIAL one to submit clips for faster bans.
What I have seen there for the past months - on average people submit like 10 clips per day per region. Months later you can track that the people who were submitted are still playing and have acquired just the next split/season badges (Master and Pred of course).
So you can't name and shame here in forums, yet you can in Discord, yet there is no consequences either way...
I mean even if EA/Respawn/Anti-cheat has no intention or lack of resources to ensure banning just allow naming and shaming so that the community e.g. adds those people to their ban list. Had the case where one person actually was present in multiple most popular Discord servers so I added him in my backlist not to get paired with the hacker and get banned for it and eventually reported to each server's mod who immediately removed the person from Discord (hats-off to them).
Sadly this forum indeed creates impression that hackers are protected :/
