77 lvl reward

Why I can't open lvl 77 reward (legendary Apex pack)?   or  How I can open?

    @DefectDotVCNow I grind 79. at the same time I finished 77 and 78. I got on 78 wingman skin, and for 77 nothing... on any apex pack up to 79 I have not opened what I got ... and did I get.... I don't think I'll play again unless someone answers me with the "apex pack". (and I bought a battle pass)

      @Fedinggg Have you purchased an Apex Legends Battle Pass? The level 77 BP reward isn't available on the 'free' track. 🤔

        @warslag ..and wingman skin is not on the "free" track, so I normally got it because I unlocked the level ....
