A Code Net Deleted Apex Pack
I played my first match of the day that ended at around 12:45 AM. I then had my battle pass leveled up to level 69. This unlocked a Fuse sky emote, and an Apex Pack. I happily opened the Apex pack, and for several seconds, the pack froze and did not "open". I was then kicked to the main menu for "Code: Net". Normally when a pack has an issue like this, either by the game crashing or a match started, the items I got from the pack are usually shown, and I never had to guess what I got. Specially with the new indicators on legends and weapons icons. Yet, rejoining after the code: net showed no indicators on either legends or weapons, didn't show I had a pack anymore, and didn't show the pack's content screen at all.
I have no idea if I got anything from the pack, and thus considered the pack lost. I have video evidence of this happening and was going to create a case on Help.EA, but there's no "email" option, only AHQ and "Sorry, our chat is offline, try again later".
The only thing I've noticed is that my crafting materials went from 645 to 660, so I guessed I got "something", but is it just crafting?
I just finished up talking to an EA support member. I apparently got a banner card or tracker for Caustic, and "Break the Enemy" R-99 skin. I'll leave this thread marked as solved, so other people with this issue can hopefully know they can contact EA about this sort of thing if it occurs again.
