Well, Overwatch does that with their ranked system. Bronze players are matched with Bronze, no Diamond players running through there. Diamond is matched with Diamond;, no Bronze running around. You leave your rank by winning or losing enough games.

@Tamyndris... you become better by playing against good players
True. And I do that, happily throwing myself against better skills. To see and learn. (the better players are the ones being more often frustrated, by their not so skilled mates in the team, btw).
The issue is not my k/d ratio. But the rewards in Apex not (much) accessable by my casual low-skilled playing style. "Rightly so!" or "We want ALL of our players to be happy with the rewards", that's the question.
@Tamyndris what format are you playing bro? If you want a relaxed player to learn the ropes with i'd be happy to lend a hand. Your issues sound purely like inexperience more than anything, that's easily rectified. 😛
I am on ps4 though.

PS4, too. We can do that, thanks for the offer. ... how do we meet?
Not sure, this is "inexperience" after 90 lvl in main game and 50 in 1st season, must be something else there, which "to easily rectify" might become a bit difficult. just saying : )
- 7 years ago@Tamyndris even lv100+ players are still learning, for instance apparently you can zoom in with Pathfinders zipline, didn't know this till yesterday lol. Also have you tried solos? It's a decent way to work on your skills in a (usually) fair and balanced scenario

In a team, despite my bad aim and questionable positioning, I can be an asset when healing, providing eyes and ears, backing up, using ults, collecting equipment .. or just adding distraction for the enemy : ) ... on solo, I have only my bad aim and questionable positioning. AND I doubt the "(usually) fair and balanced" scenario there.
But true, good for practicing fights. (gotta turn off pride there)
