a visual alert needed to help deaf players in Apex Legends

To help the hard of hearing and deaf players to play Apex Legends, I would suggest that the player should show some kind of visual alert when he is being shot. For example, some red color spits appear as blood may be displayed. That at least helps the player to avoid being continuously shot to bleeding and death without notice.

This small change enables the game can be played by both people with normal hearing and also deaf.
