Abilities vs Gun Skills fix - only nerf characters from now

I am a big fan of OG period where gun skills were 80-90 pc with help of character abilities 10-20pc making a very good experience and making Apex an excellent hero shooters. It did not matter much which character you picked, it was fun anyway. The abilities brought spice ans uniqueness.

Now, reliance on meta and abilities is too much. Latest Valk, Axle meta and now AGAIN Seer is too much. It ruins the experience. It has become a pure Heroes vs Villain game where gun skills matter much less.

Proposed way forward:

  • introduce back an OG mode
  • introduce character ban voting at beginning of match especially for Rank (eg like Brawl Stars Ranked) 
  • nerf characters only to balance meta from this point onwards until you reach a good balance of gun fight vs character abilities
  • Stop buffing characters based on pick rate. Seer was well where he was. I played him a few times last season and it was fun as it was the only Seer in Lobby. Now we have 20. See what you have done.

    Oh man someone needs challenges contributors who want a better game in 1v1. 
    i agree withSP00KI__TAN00KI​ , end games feels random at times when all are throwing their ult at once. 
    ree1b2b41da38ee689​ “go to Valorant or CS”: you are making my point, the game has drifted too much and with sadness a lot of players quit. I can argue if you like abilities, go and plays Battlefront Heroes vs Villain or Avengers, the other extreme. So again you are making my point that there needs to be a good balance. 
    The whole game is about being a Apex hunting game style BR and that feeling is gone. We need some character abilities but not them to be OP. We also dont want  characters to be buffed based on pick rate as we sneeze ( latest example Seer - he was well where he was, balanced and good to played when picked - now we have 10 seers in each lobby where you are scanned and stunned every 2 sec in final circles - tell me this is a good balance)
