About finishers and their accidental activation

The issue: sometimes the finisher is activated by accident, and, although it's still kind of the fault of the player activating it, it still is very easy to mess up, and because it is the same interact button for anything else and there is no way of canceling out of it, it feels unfair when that kind of accident happens.

Some reasoning about this issue: finishers should make the players activating them become vulnerable to have a trade off, but people should have some chance of getting out of it or some way of lowering the chance of such accidents.

2 possible solutions I came up with (both can be implemented at the same time or separately): 

1. make it possible to cancel out of the finisher in the first second or very short amount of time so people who missclick would have some chance of getting out, and even if they miss that window they will still feel somewhat in control, but generally it will still keep those who chose to do the finishers intentionally most likely miss that window and the current design will still apply for them.

2. make it possible to assign a different button for the finishers.
