About why a large number of people have been blocked and released these days? Is

Dear EA, as far as I know now. There are a large number of users who have been unsealed and have not received the password modification and reset from EA company. Is it the failure of this security system? Is it really mistakenly sealed? Is there a bug?

    Are you referring to people who were banned and then appealed their bans @Jerred?

    @EA_Darko No, it's between May 10 and May 15. There are a large number of blocked users who can play games, but they have been blocked for no reason these days

    I'm not sure what the issue is @Jerred, if a player is blocked by EA then it's generally a TOS sanction.

    @EA_Darko Is there any way to contact the TOS service team? You can only contact the customer service every time. Can you provide a detailed consultation plan?

    I'm not sure that the issue you are having is @Jerred, do you have a ban on your account and do you wish to appeal it?
