Account hacked and banned

Exactly what happened to me. Fell victim to a phishing scam (first year mut player and learned my lesson the hard way.) The hacker sells all my key players and all my money for a 10miliion chiefs stadium. Keep in mind I spend over $2500 on this game through micro transaction and purchase of the game at that point in time. I contact EA and they said you did it, but they based this on the fact it was my account and told me there was no suspicious activity seen, but my psn account and emails before hack can disprove that. 

I take the L. Was about to quit EA and madden for good but I told myself I wouldint let this hacker ruin my First madden year experience, so I put in another thousand dollars to try and rebuild the team I had just lost in the span of a few hours while I was sleeping. 

A month later goes by and I get a message that I’m banned for cheating. This makes absolutely no sense since my record is only positive by like 30-40 games and my Super Bowl record is a mere 1 and 7. 

My best theory on my ban is that for two back to back games where I would load in then get kicked right away right after viewing the top 3 players on each team. I received a win, but it was not intentional. I hate cheaters because that happens to me about 50+ times where I would load in for a H2H or tournament game and it would kick me and give me an automatic loss, so I chalked it up to the trash servers. 

I sent in a claim a few days ago, but still haven’t received any word. If this false ban does not get lifted in a timely manner I will contact my lawyer to see my options. To deny me access to this game now is stealing all the money and time I put into this game.

Hope both our problems get resolved man. If not I encourage you to explore your legal options as well because this out right wrong.
