Add an option for deaf players to "visualize sounds" - accessibility

There should be an option in the settings to turn on a "deaf mode" so people who are deaf could make the most of the game. I suggest a way to "visualize the sound" through some sort of icon on the sc...

@NandoRos2077You are aware that the significant majority of players are not deaf, therefore an option to switch to something like you mentioned would be available to all and that would be a bad addition to the game. An indicator for the direction of the footsteps is simply a "radar" for everyone.

I don't know how to sugar coat this but fps games likes there are simply sound based and if you are deaf, sorry but tough luck.

@Schaapje1987 even if there's not a significant majority, there are STILL players who are deaf. just like there are ramps for people who aren't able to walk. inclusion such as this goes a long way. what the person proposed also said that it can be an optional feature just for deaf players and can be turned on and off so that it wouldn't be "a bad addition to the game".

deaf players already have "tough luck", might as well help make the game better for them.
