Add an option for deaf players to "visualize sounds" - accessibility

There should be an option in the settings to turn on a "deaf mode" so people who are deaf could make the most of the game. I suggest a way to "visualize the sound" through some sort of icon on the sc...

    @Jenny2022 Actually no one ears anyone so...
    Joke aside, I think that everybody would use it, but anyway it's not a bad thing if it's well thought (I think that visual cues would "inadequately" help someone if there are foosteps+explosion noises and so on, so I guess it would be difficult to implement in that respect because some people would perfectly discriminate both while some would not and end up not hearing the steps. And it's difficult to know what rationale should be chosen. But I think overall it's a good idea)

      @IMightKickAss yeah sound audio is mostly broken anyways, and all deaf people would see is constant footstep notifications from all the 3rd partying. Its a good idea, don't get me wrong, I just feel like its going to somehow clash with a lot of what's going on in the game.
