ADD demotion to ranked
very simpel this will increase the quality for all players. also removeing boosted players that is plagueing my games. and remove duo queue there is no reason 1 player as to suffer because 2 others ...

@Danskermand True rank demotion would drop boosted players out of your lobbies but thats about it. D4 players are typically much worse than D1, D2, and even D3 but they're much better than Platinum. Dropping their rank wouldn't put them where they belong.
It also makes it much easier to drop ranks and take on far weaker opponents.
@heme725I strongly believe Rank is fake anyway ... i played with so many players that had the badge (diamond/masters), divetrail, 4k, 20kill ect. and they just die with less than 100dmg when they play in my team while i do beyond 700 ... sorry this doesnt add up to me and stinks AF !
No trace of good aim , good tactics whatsoever just a fake badge and trail on a botlike player.- @heme725 D4 and plat is the same, look at a game like overwatch they had demotion no1 ever said you shuold stay on the rank you get and up only. ofc that was also a better mmr system

@Danskermand That depends on how you determine where a player belongs. If you solo to any rank that should mean you're better than the majority of players in the ranks you ran through.
Knocking D4 down to Platinum just means they'll breeze through Plat again only to be knocked back down. An annoying circle. You can argue they dont belong with other Diamond players but they've proven they're above Platinum.
- @heme725 ye it would be bad to do like you do in other places like premier league and let all teams stay up for ever. why can you ever move down if you ever was in premier league? I just can't believe how stupid ot os what ypu say.
@Danskermand Apologies as I have a healthy amount of respect for people that can speak more than one language. I can only assume English is your second language as I can't understand what you typed there.
I've only talked about two things.
#1. Player ability
#2. Player behavior.
A player that advanced to D4 while playing solo is better than most Platinum players. You may think they're on the same level but they climbed to Diamond because nobody in Platinum could stop them so it'll simply happen again. D4 may be worse than the majority of Diamond but they're also better than the majority of Platinum. I'm not seeing any more reason to demote them over staying in Diamond and someone has to be bottom of the barrel in any rank anyway.
As for player behavior... If I care about my rank and I'm about to be demoted then I'll rat until I place. I personally don't care about my rank but it's only logical to assume that players who do care will hide rather than fight.
It will create as many problems as it solves but I'm fine with Rank demotion. I would just ask they remove the display of my rank going up or down. It annoys me when something delays me starting the next game particularly off a loss. I don't care to see the winning team or my rank when I win. I HATE seeing those when I lose.
