add the Smart pistol

I feel like they should add the smart pistol to the game but have it as a cp weapon as it locks onto people. I just feel like this would be a great addition to the game if implemented correctly. I fe...

@babyaga239 The only way to make a smart pistol balanced is to make it do almost not damage which makes it kinda pointless.
